Hi,

Upgrading to Stardog 5.3.1. Getting this error from maven:

```auto
Could not transfer artifact com.complexible.stardog.reasoning:stardog-reasoning-api:jar:5.3.1 from/to stardog-public (http://maven.stardog.com)

```

Never mind. Cleaned out my maven cache and it downloaded.
