I was doing some research on semantic web and statistical datasets and came across a project called [Linked Edit Rules](https://github.com/albertmeronyo/linked-edit-rules) which uses Stardog. It looks like they also built an extension for calling R functions [GitHub - albertmeronyo/stardog-r: Wrapping R calls as SPARQL custom functions in Stardog.
