# Stardog Cloud: Setting up connection to http server failing

We are failing to connect to our server running on "http" via Stardog Cloud. In the past, we had a similar issue when using stardog studio via [Stardog Studio](https://stardog.studio/#/), which did not work for our "http" server. Might that be the same issue now when pointing [https://cloud.stardog.com](https://cloud.stardog.com) to a server running on "http"?
