# Unable to connect to endpoint of published model

Dear Support,

```auto
I published a model to the cloud and received the endpoint url. When I try to log in, it asks for user ID and password. I pass the same user ID and password that I used to log into the cloud, but it is not accepted.

What am I doing wrong?
