# Unable to connect to Tableau connector (TypeError: Network request failed)

I am unable to connect to Tableau data connector using the link "[http://tableau.stardog.com/](http://tableau.stardog.com/)". I am positive that the user credentials and 'Stardog URL' is entered correctly (and it is indeed a HTTP server). The steps I followed to attempt the connection is numbered in the screenshot attached.

Did anyone had a similar experience and was able to get around it? Any help would be much appreciated.
