# Unable to create a project in the free account

1. Endpoint URL: `sd-bb435627.stardog.cloud`
2. Connection ID: `89b07fab-6c20-4d18-87e1-791292a78d4f`
3. Portal shows Authenticated + Email Verified, but the Server line on the diagnostic page returns Unauthorized. This looks like the endpoint's role/owner assignment wasn't completed on provisioning
