# Waiting for building a new instance for a week

Hi dear Stardog Team,

I created a new free instance about a week ago but the homepage is still showing "Please wait while your instance is being built." Do you know how to solve this issue?

Hello Zy-C,

I have removed that instance and made it so that you can request a new free instance. Can you try doing so and see if that one works as expected?

hello, i have a same issue (the homepage is still showing "Please wait while your instance is being built.") but i can't removed that instance and can't build a new instance. can you hep me how to solve this issue?

Hello @D1g1t4lWaveRider, welcome to the Stardog Community forum.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We do not support creating a Stardog Cloud endpoint when the user who owns the endpoint is using an email address with a '+' character. Please register with a different email address that only contains alphanumeric characters, periods, dashes, and underscores.
