My free instance was unresponsive and I decided to delete it and create a new one. For the past 4 days I have been getting the following message when trying to create a new instance: "You must wait while your Free instance is cleaned up" ![Screenshot 2023-05-05 at 15.35.05](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex030/uploads/stardog/original/2X/2/2c5e404c094e988acc996e367ece025f6594b88a.png) How can I fix this ? ---

I need either the name of the instance that you deleted or your Stardog Cloud user name to find the instance that needs to be cleaned up. ---

Hi Lilly, This is a little confusing in cloud, since the account (username/password) you use when logging in to the Stardog Cloud portal ([https://cloud.stardog.com/](https://cloud.stardog.com/)) is different from the accounts you use to access your Stardog cloud endpoint. After you log into the portal, you can access your endpoint by clicking one the applications (Designer, Explorer, or Studio). If you need to access your Stardog endpoint via CLI or programmatically, you will need to use the Studio application to create a user for this purpose. See [Inviting and Configuring Users | Stardog Documentation Latest](https://docs.stardog.com/stardog-cloud/inviting-configuring-users#user-configuration) for more details. ---

My Stardog Cloud Free account was not responding. So I deleted it and recreated with a user ID and password. Earlier it was Google SSO. But I am getting error message which says - "You Must Wait While Your Free instance is cleaned up". Can you please help how to fix this ? ---

To log in with a username/password instead of Google SSO, you will need to log out (click the person outline icon in the upper right hand corner of the portal page) and create a new account. Note that this will be a completely new account and not associated with your previous account; specifically, you will need to create a new Knowledge Graph Endpoint. ---

Hello @PaulPlace Thanks for your help before. I got an authorization error that [https://sd-5229b2db.stardog.cloud:5820](https://sd-5229b2db.stardog.cloud:5820/) Unauthorized because I accidentally delete the user myself ([wpeng3@slb.com](mailto:wpeng3@slb.com)) from the instance. If I remember correctly, there's only a superuser and a reader in the instance now. Do you know if it's possible that an admin adds myself back?
