Just a quick followup…I’m still seeing a 5-8 second delay for CLI commands. I’m sure it’s not a Stardog problem but I thought I would include some feedback for anyone else experiencing the problem. Interestingly the delay goes away if a bring down the network interface.
So far I’ve tried disabling ipv6 and adding -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true with no success.
