the link http://downloads.stardog.com/extras/stardog-extras-Latest.zip as provided in ETL Data Into Stardog | Stardog Documentation Latest seems not to be working.

Hi Oliver,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you replace latest with the latest stardog version, i.e., http://downloads.stardog.com/extras/stardog-extras-7.8.2.zip, you will find the download.
