I’m looking into Virtual Graphs and was wondering if full text indexing on virtual graphs is supported?

Question has been asked before for version 4 and then it was no.
Not yet, but it’s on the roadmap. We’re looking into how we can exploit features provided by some data sources, particularly, full-text search and recursive queries.

Depending on the size of the data in your relational database you might be able to import the entire database into Stardog and use the native full-text search. If it’s too large and isn’t being updated frequently you might be able to just import select portions of your database.
