Multi-tenancy schemas and sameas

I was thinking about the new multi-tenancy schema support and was wondering how that would interact with sameas reasoning. I'm guessing that sameas reasoning would use the default schema since it's the one bit of reasoning that's prematerialized but what happens when you have axioms in the dynamic schama that are different than the default schema? I'm guessing, again, that it just ignores them and sameas is only driven by the default schema? I thought I'd ask because I can imagine the results might be confusing based on how you thought it worked.

Yes, you're correct. The equality index is computed w.r.t. the default schema only and thus owl:sameAs inferencing behaves as if other schemas do not exist. We should make it clearer in the docs.
