Is it possible to enable WKT polygons in GeoSPARQL when using a Stardog Free cloud instance?
Yes, this is possible. Our documentation on enhanced polygons is not up-to-date but all you have to do is set the database configuration option spatial.use.jts to true. No server configuration or separate download is needed.
