I am using Stardog Studio. Is it possible to somehow increase the maximum value for the queryLimit? It seems to have a maximum value of 50000.

We have hard-coded that limit for various reasons. If you require more results for a given query, you can either click the Run to File button, which will re-run your query without the limit and output to a file, or you can specify LIMIT X in your query to override the studio default. If you do the latter, however, we make no guarantees as far as application behavior and memory usage.
