We are happy to announce the release of Stardog 7.3.1. This release includes several security-related featured and enhancements:
- Encryption at rest (Feature Preview): This feature uses AES 256 bit encryption for data written to disk. Please see the documentation for details of using this feature. Note that, this feature is not ready for production use at this point and the missing features that will be added in the future are explained.
- As an added security mechanism, SSL can now be used for intra-cluster communication so the data exchanged between Stardog nodes during synchronization will be protected.
- The maximum length allowed for usernames and role names have been increased to 4096.
This release includes many other improvements and bug fixes including several issues with cluster synchronization. Please see the release notes for details.
