I want to create a custom dictionary as described here:
Is there a non-Java method to create .linker files? I'm not a Java programmer but do have JDK 13.0.2 installed on my machine. I have no recent experience compiling .java files.
If there is no alternative to Java, can someone provide a basic walk-through of the steps for me (with more detail than is provided in the manual?).

This is admittedly a bare bones set of instructions. At this point, I just want to let you know that we have not forgotten about you and are investigating ways to make this more approachable.

Much appreciated. I'm happy to try out draft instructions as a naive user when they are available.
I'm developing a proof of concept knowledge graph where one aspect has information coming from within study protocols (as pdf or docx) . This little piece of magic will be a great selling point.
