I am a university student currently working on an experiment that requires the Stardog database. Therefore, I would like to obtain the license key for my account so that I can run the Stardog database on my Ubuntu machine. But I do not get any license key email, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me an email with the license key and the download package.

You can sign up for a free account at cloud.stardog.com to get a Stardog Free endpoint. If you grow out of that, you can upgrade to Stardog Essentials to get more databases, more storage, etc.
If you have a funded research project that would like to purchase a license, we can put you in touch with an account executive to discuss on the on-prem licensing.

I am a PhD student based in France, currently working on knowledge graphs using Stardog.
I would like to purchase a license, as the free version automatically deletes databases after a few days and comes with significant limitations that are not compatible with my research needs.
I have been contacting sales@stardog.com since October and have filled out the licensing request form multiple times, but I have never received any response. I am therefore unsure how to proceed.
Moreover, there is no clear information available regarding pricing or the purchasing process, apart from contacting the sales email, which unfortunately has not led to any follow-up.
Could you please clarify how license acquisition usually works, and advise me on the appropriate next steps?

Sorry, but I am now retired (since 2021). I've not used Stardog after I
stopped my professional activities. I am not aware of their current
policy regarding (free) licensing for students.
