I uploaded my file successfully into database but it does not show me anything in "browse".
when I query I got error for "internal server error".

If you are running on Windows, the blank “browse” page is a known issue that is fixed for the next release.
As for the “internal server error,” does anything show up in your stardog.log that might help identify the problem?

In looking at the log, the empty browse page on Windows is also a known issue that is fixed for the next release. Unfortunately there’s not really a workaround for it (outside of running your Stardog server on a non-windows machine), but the next release is not too far off.
