I've updated the phonetic library for Stardog 7.

I'm going to update a couple of other libraries and then move on to some new stuff. I'm working on some stardog how-tos for using Stardog. I'm going to target them to a more in an applied way rather than how to use Stardog itself. The first one will be a tutorial on using Stardog with Geonames.
