It would be very nice, if Stardog supports virtual graphs created from Apache Drill.
The JDBC of Apache Drill is some kind of special, only basic operations are supported, this should be keeped in mind.

We will look at Apache Drill support during the 5.x release cycle. It’d be great to know more about why Drill support in Stardog would help yr organization.
