getting below screen while trying to access designer to create model
At the bottom of the screen you need to select one of the options in "Manage Endpoints"
Either connect to an existing endpoint if you have one,
Or create a new endpoint.
Then your landing page will show the 3 apps, Designer, Explorer and Studio.
