Contacting stardog... ( Name or service not known)

Hi I'm trying to run stardog first time on my linux machine with command
./stardog-admin server start and i receive the message

Thank you for downloading Stardog. A valid license was not found in /home/abc/stardog/stardog 7.0.1/bin. Would you like to download a trial license from Stardog (y/N)?

I press 'y' it shows Contacting stardog..... and after few seconds it just exits..

Similarly I tried ./stardog-admin license request --force to fetch license here again i receive the message

Not sure if this has to anything with corporate proxy!!

This is a bit of a stab in the dark but you could try setting

-Djava.net.useSystemProxies=true

in STARDOG_SERVER_JAVA_ARGS

No it didn't help. Same issue

Is there any other way of getting the license key??
