Free Instance Creation problem

I have created an cloud and removed, and until now I am receiving this message.

The cleanup process happens weekly on Thursday afternoons. After this happens, you should be able to create a new instance.


Maybe each night would help. I have the same problem.

We are planning to run the cleanup process more frequently, but until that happens, you can reach out here in Community and ask to have your cancelled instance cleaned up. If you do so, please create a ticket in the Stardog Cloud category, so that someone on the cloud team sees your message.
