Waiting for building a new instance for a week

Hi dear Stardog Team,

I created a new free instance about a week ago but the homepage is still showing "Please wait while your instance is being built." Do you know how to solve this issue?

Hello Zy-C,

I have removed that instance and made it so that you can request a new free instance. Can you try doing so and see if that one works as expected?

Apologies for the wait. Your Stardog Cloud Free endpoint is now ready for you to use.

Hello @D1g1t4lWaveRider, welcome to the Stardog Community forum.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We do not support creating a Stardog Cloud endpoint when the user who owns the endpoint is using an email address with a '+' character. Please register with a different email address that only contains alphanumeric characters, periods, dashes, and underscores.
