I’m getting the followin error when creating database:
“Database size exceeds the limit allowed by the license: 25000000”
Please does this mean I cannot run a large sized data on community license?
My .nt file is of size 23GB.

That is exactly what that means. To work with a database with more than 25M triples, you will need a developer/enterprise license. You can download a free 30-day evaluation license from stardog.com.
