HI, I'm currently unable to create a new database in stardog cloud. I am not having success with the tutorial.

Stardog Free supports a limited (3) number of databases. To install additional kits you can either install to existing databases or drop existing databases on your endpoint.
You can drop databases in Studio -> Database hub -> Drop Database.
You can also consider upgrading to Stardog Essentials, a low cost cloud-hosted Stardog environment to use an unlimited number of databases. More details here.
