I applied for a trial license, but I haven't received a response yet

I applied for a trial license on the 14th, but I still haven't received an answer. How can I check if the request was established or rejected? If it is rejected, I would like you to send me an email saying that it was rejected.
(The id of the business email I applied for is 'seohee_k'.)

The license process can occasionally take a while. Fortunately, I have an alternative. At Stardog Cloud, you can sign up for a free account and get started using Stardog right away (we'll handle the license key for you).
