My stardog cloud stopped working

Im able to login using my credentials in the main login page. But once in the home page, im not able to get into the Stardog studio. i have been asked for a login again and when i try to give my credentials, it say's invalid password. can you please help on it.

Connecting to Studio (or any of the other Stardog applications) should not prompt you for a password. The connection to your endpoint is using SSO, so your credentials were configured when you logged in to the portal.

I wonder if you are using a stale SSO token, for some reason. The first thing I recommend trying is to log out of the Stardog Cloud portal (https://cloud.stardog.com) and then log back in again.

I have tried logout loggin, Clearing cache and even a diffirent browser to login. im still facing the same issue.

Thanks for reporting. I believe we have identified and fixed an issue on our side. Could you try navigating back to your connection and trying again?

Im still facing the same issue. The error msg I'm getting is "The Stardog Knowledge Graph endpoint is not responding. Please check the status of your Stardog endpoint."

I have cleared my cache then did the fresh login and am still getting the same error.

Do we have any update on this. Kindly note that we are in the middle of a POC to see if Stardog will fit into the Ecolab ecosystem. Any this issue is a blocker for us.

We have also a demo scheduled with Grant Horun Stardog to get a deep dive of stardog. Solving this issue will definitely help us move forward on this.
