I got the .ttl file generated from SNOMED owl toolkit, loaded it in stardog db and trying to run the inference engine. This post says it'll take only 5sec to complete on a laptop however, on my Mac (16Gig memory, 2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7), it ran for more than 30 mins and finally failed with memory heap error. Is there any guidance to property configure the setup for this purpose?
