Ok, now this looks interesting. I don't know if I can get access to the data though. I looked into GISAID but even if I could get registered and approved you couldn't share the data.

I also saw plenty of other groups doing similar stuff, some of them available as KG as well. Especially I liked the AMiner resources:

- Knowledge Graph (including a schema in OWL/JSON-LD): https://covid-19.aminer.cn/kg/?lang=en
- It also contains links to the knowledge graphs they integrated, so maybe something you might check out for your project
- a repository of COVID-19 datasets: AMiner-ζ°ε η«ζ δΈι’
Not sure if that's something you could also use or at least learn from their integration.
