Can I deploy it on premise? Specifically interested in GraphQL capabilities ... I can also deploy this GitHub - graphql/graphiql: GraphiQL & the GraphQL LSP Reference Ecosystem for building browser & IDE tools. on premise but it will not let me run SPARQL and many more ...

Studio can be deployed as a dockerized web app. General instructions for getting started with web-based Studio running inside of docker are here: Home | Stardog Documentation Latest.

I don't know how they're deploying it but that's basically what the docker version is.
