Clean-up of free instance

Hi! I created a free instance and was trying to follow the welcome videos, but I was unable to create a database to install the KG Customer 360 data for learning purposes. (I kept getting “installation failed!”). Thinking that something was wrong, I deleted the free instance, but now I can’t recreate one. I see that often you have to manually clean these up on your side, so I’m posting a question here. Thanks for your help!

Hello Richard, I have cleaned up your cancelled Stardog Cloud Free endpoint, so you are now able to allocate another. Please note that we have identified an issue with installing knowledge kits in the endpoints, and we are working to correct the issue.
