Failed to fetch error message when connecting to endpoint on organization network machine


I'm attempting to connect to our endpoint from my organization's network machine, but I keep receiving a 'failed to fetch' error message. I've tried on a colleagues off network laptop and I'm able to successfully access the endpoint. I've also tried using an incognito browser but still receive that same error message.

This is usually an error with the company VPN not liking the *.cloud domain. Can you see if your IT department will whitelist it?
