Can't connect to Stardog Studio

Hi,

I'm a teacher at the University of Caen Normandie in France and would like to teach my students how to use a triple store.

If I use a computer on my university network, I can't access to the studio through the navigator. The report page seems OK, except those two activity indicators under the email field who are still turning.

I suspect the reason for that is our University is on the Renater network and has maybe limited public adresses, or maybe some special port is used.

I tried to edit the endpoint and played with the SSO and browser authentication switch but without success.

In fine, I managed to access the studio with a laptop connected to the Eduroam wi-fi, but the students should then use their personal laptop.

Could you give me some clues about the reason I can't join the studio ?

The address of your Stardog Cloud endpoint is something like https://sd-12345678.stardog.cloud:5820. We have seen users experience problems like you describe because either the network they are using blocks access to the top-level DNS domain .cloud or their network blocks access to the non-standard HTTPS port 5820.
