Hi Support,
My free instance of Stardog has stopped working and I can't load the model/data. Previously this worked and when I deploy that working instance the database was empty, even after republishing the model/data.
I'm pretty sure I have not exceeded an limits for the free instance.
Not sure what to do next?

Hi Support,
I suspect that my instance needs to be restarted. Publishing the model doesn't result in any visible changes (in Stardog Designer or Stardog Explorer) to the database although I can see stored queries (as if the queries publish from the model but not the data). When I export the data to JSON LD I can see the data but its as though the data doesn't exist.
