Hi guys

Currently I'm getting Started with Stardog Cloud. My Stardog Free Server is loading without giving a response. Also I cannot connect my free server in Stardog Studio. Any suggestions?

Hi Said,

There may have been a minor delay in the DNS entry getting updated, delaying the loading process when you tried earlier. It does look like it's up now.

Unfortunately it still does not work, here's my server https://sd-dd837a40.stardog.cloud:5820.

The server appears to be up. We have noticed that some corporate networks may block access to port 5820, which is the Stardog default.

Can you try this diagnostic page and share the results?
