Unable to run Stardog and Stardog-admin commands

When i write the Stardog and Stardog-admin commands its giving below error.
'stardog' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Could any one please help in this regard. I am pretty new to stardog.

You mean i should create the bin folder under "/var/opt/stardog"?

No the bin folder should already be present in the stardog server folder. Just export a path variable so that the stardog commands are accessible from everywhere and not just the stardog bin directory.
Which OS are you using?

Operating system : Windows 10

I have installed Startdog in docker.

I have installed both stardog and docker toolbox.How can i connect both?
Can anyone please tell me the steps to connect?
I am using windows 10 home
When i am trying to run stardog-admin server start,it is showing an unexpected error occured.
Java.lang.unsatisfiedLinkError:no starrocks in java.library.path

I suspect that you attempted to download the Stardog release under the "curl" tab and got the zip file. On Windows Stardog is run with Docker. Select the second "Docker" tab and follow the instructions there.
