Ghephi and Cytoscape examples needed

@zachary.whitley In this post Visualization FTW you have listed a a few options to use open source tools for graph visualization.

  • Do you have a ample example of how to use Ghephi and Cytoscape with Stardog?

None of these are out of the box solutions for visualization but suggestions for tools and frameworks that could be used to build a visualization with perhaps the exception of Gephi + SemanticWebImport Plugin. That plugin has always been a bit of a hack and is now quite old and hasn't been maintained so I wouldn't expect much. I don't think something like Cytoscape would be very difficult. You can load network data from JSON which can probably be generated with a suitable GraphQL query.
