Payment processed for update but the Endpoint was not updated

Payment Processed but Endpoint Still Not Upgraded
I have successfully made the $195.00 payment to upgrade my Stardog Cloud Free version to the Stardog Essentials plan. I noticed that on the Stardog Cloud page, the "Edges" display has been updated from 1M to 50M, indicating the upgrade to Stardog Essentials, but i am unable to upload more data.

However, when I click on "Manage Endpoints," I still only see the "Stardog Free" endpoint, and the Essentials endpoint is not appearing. As a result, I am unable to access or use the upgraded features.

I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Attached are my screenshots of the current status.
