This transition seems like quite a cluster, and particularly sad that openrdf.org has been parked as a domain. Unfortunately, I am trying to get some code working that uses sesame and Stardog, and I'm in the midst of dependency hell.
As a workaround, I'm going to hold at the earlier versions of Stardog and sesame, but I would be curious to learn when (if) this will be resolved. If sesame is dead, I'd like to know that too.
