Unable to create user or assign a role to already created user

I'm unable to create user or assign a role to user. "tirthankar.bose@hyland.com" user I'm using. Somehow cloud role has been removed from my user. Can you give me the cloud role access so that I can create another user or assign deferent role to that user

Hello Tirthankar, your user is now added back to the cloud role on your endpoint.
